Visitors may use our Share Map command to create a link to a particular map shown on the Map Service, and share the link with other Visitors such as through email, or by publishing it in an online message discussion, blog, or web page, providing that link causes a web user's browser to display our entire Website page in full including all its Content, including any advertisements that may appear on our Website page. The page must be presented exactly as it appears on our Website with all content, without cropping our page inside a window or frame that shows only a portion at a time. The HappyMappy logo, map, and all advertisements and all content appearing on our Website page must always be viewable at the same time.

By submitting a Request, the Representative gives permission to HappyMappy.com at its discretion to publish the location's information on the Map Service or distribute it in any manner without any compensation or promises to the Representative or location. A location appearing on our Map Service may have rights to use our map to aid others to find the location, subject to any additional terms of use of our affiliates.
A Referring Site may publish a link to our Website and Map Service, providing that link causes a web user's browser to display our entire Website in full including all its Content, including any advertisements that may appear on our Website. A Partner may arrange to display only our Map Service minus our advertising or other elements per a written Partner Agreement. Links to our Website are best created by using a tool we provide on our Website, which can create a link to locate the Map Service at any particular geographic area and/or display only some locations matching certain keywords or themes. For instance, a link may cause our Map Service to display only all waterfalls in Georgia.
The Map Service contains links to maps on external third party web sites ("Third Party Sites") not owned or controlled by HappyMappy.com, and therefore HappyMappy.com cannot be held responsible for the web transmissions, content, or operation of these sites.
